- Or, he may have done absolutely nothing wrong. BIA has two of the few remaining populated servers left in Black Ops 1. With the only two populated servers featuring REG TDM maps in the US, therein lies the problem and the potential for abuse. Riccrow, I was a member of this group for a short time last year, but I left of my own accord. Why? For one, I could never understand as a due paying member why I would get bumped by people or admins with reserve slots. This was stupid and made no sense, especially since I had been somewhat generous with my donations....er, more like solicited funds. I posted about it in the forums, but I don't think it ever was resolved. Hopefully for the people who still play there, this issue has been addressed in the RCON tool. Speaking of solicited funds, this is EXACTLY the reason I left BIA. Remember when I had just donated money Steve and you turned around and hit me up for another 30.00 dollars claiming a shortfall. I asked you several pointed questions as to who was donating and where these "donations" go. You were EVASIVE. With one fell swoop, you lost all credibility with me. I wish that I had saved the Steam chat transcript from our conversation. If so, I would post it here for all to see. Just what are your monthly expenses anyway? If I were an admin at BIA and I was worth my salt, I would want to know the EXACT amount of revenue vs. liabilities, not some vague answer. What about it admins, do you know? Or, do you defer all things to Steve's better judgment? Woe, if you do. Riccrow, I too am banned from BIA. My infraction was stated as being that: "You clear out the server, then don't remain to help repopulate it". This is sort of a paradox. What about the hack insinuations from one of your admins following my departure from the clan? After enough of these, I asked him to say what was on his mind directly in Steam chat. He offered this up: "Everyone thinks it"-meaning they thought I cheated. Who was "everyone"? Why was this not a topic while I was in the clan? Did it become a topic when I quit paying? Maybe BIA does not treat all players equally and with repect. "Second if you had a issue and wanted your ban disputed you should have gone to our website were (where) there is a hacker dispute forum or ban forum were (where) we review all bans and we will lift them if its (it's) found to be unfounded." Are you kidding me? I followed this advice and respectfully asked that my ban be lifted after roughly three or four months after my ban in January. Your response was so unprofessional that one of your own members contacted me concerning it. Basically, they apologized on your behalf, or maybe it in spite of you. They thought you had acted poorly for the person who is supposed to be "clan leader". You quickly deleted my post. Take heed, Riccrow.
